Intellectual property

The texts, logos, illustrations and images on this site belong to SIGNORY. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The Big Shoulders Display and Barlow fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Privacy and personal data

The information entered in the quote form (company, name, email, phone, project) is used only to answer your request and prepare your quote. It is never sold or shared. It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to signory.fr@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

On signory.art, the “Notify me” form collects only your email address. It is used only to tell you when the collection opens, then deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time at the same address. This notice covers signory.fr and signory.art.

Mailing lists: if you subscribe to our news, we keep your email address, the list you chose (businesses or individuals), your language, and the date and IP address of your sign-up as proof of your consent. This data is used only to send you our emails, one a month at most. It is kept until you unsubscribe (link in every email, or by writing to signory.fr@gmail.com), then for three years as proof, before being deleted. It may be entrusted to an email service provider located in the European Union.

Audience measurement

To understand and improve how this site is used, SIGNORY uses Matomo, installed on its own hosting space at Infomaniak. No cookies are placed on your device. Your IP address is truncated before anything is recorded.

The data is used only to produce visit statistics. It is not combined with any other processing, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. Detailed data is deleted after 25 months.

Data controller: SIGNORY SASU. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, you are not counted. You can also opt out below. To exercise your other rights, see Privacy and personal data.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If you opt out of audience measurement, a technical cookie (mtm_consent_removed) only remembers that choice on your device.

Terms of sale

Sales to businesses are made on the basis of a quote and specific terms, set and invoiced in euros. Deliveries outside France may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient. Sales to individuals are made on signory.tech, under its general terms of sale. This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
