Send it as you have it (PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG) by email, in reply to our first message. If it needs simplifying for engraving, we say so in the quote, and you approve the result on the proof.
The proof lists every name exactly as it will be engraved. Nothing is made before your written approval. If a piece does not match the approved proof, we remake it at our cost.
Send us a photo: we reply within 2 business days and remake the piece at our cost, or refund it if you prefer.
Tell us in your request: the quote confirms whether it is achievable. Allow 2 to 3 weeks of production after proof approval.
Yes. We keep your files and the approved proof, so a reorder uses exactly the same marking.
Yes: a sample with your logo can be made before the series, and its price is deducted from the order. Some images on this site are illustrations and are labelled as such.
A 50% deposit when you order, by bank transfer or secure payment link: production starts once the deposit and the approved proof are received. The balance is invoiced on shipping, payable by bank transfer within 30 days. Public bodies: a signed purchase order can replace the deposit. The invoice shows your billing details and your VAT number if you provide it.
Answer within 2 business days. Minimum 10 pieces per design (25 for small items, 5 for signage).
